Extension from Spring Lake Park to Bringle Lake (Phase I)

As you may know, the Partnership for the Pathway has been hard at work creating safe new trails around Texarkana for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The latest effort, just north of I-30 on North Park Road, meanders through trees around the outer fence of the Texas Visitors Center. This is a continuation of the Phillip McDougal Pathway that is located inside Spring Lake Park. When other portions of this pathway are completed, you will be able to walk, jog, or bike to Bringle Lake from Spring Lake Park.

This was another project funded by the members and supporters of Partnership for the Pathway! Thank you for your support!
